  • Mix the chilla flour with water/yogurt & let it rest for 5 minutes
  • Pour the batter onto a hot pan & spread evenly
  • Flip & Cook until golden brown – Ready to serve!

💡 Pro Tip: Enhance the flavor by adding chopped veggies, herbs, or cheese.

Wholesome Pancake Mix

  • Mix Take ½ cup of chilla mix and add enough water to make a smooth, pourable batter.
  • Rest Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  • Cook Pour the batter onto a hot, greased pan and spread it like a pancake. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Mix 1/2 cup Chilla Mix with 1/3 cup dahi and 1/3 cup water. Rest for 10 minutes.

💡Tip :- Add baking soda for a quick rise.
Cook the Chillas.

Heat a non-stick pan with ghee/oil. Pour batter, cook until golden, ip, and cook the other side.

💡Tip :- Add sautéed veggies as filling.
